Transmission building & repair

Automatic and manual transmissions are torn down, inspected, rebuilt and reinstalled in this shop — not sent out, not guessed at, not patched over.

02 What building means

Every part gets looked at

A rebuild is not a fluid change with a new filter. The transmission comes out, comes apart, and every wear item inside gets checked. When it goes back together, the parts that were failing are the parts that are replaced.

  • Straight answers on what failedWe tell you what we found and what it takes to fix it.
  • Built to the applicationStock, towing or performance — matched to how the vehicle is used.
  • One shop, start to finishDiagnosis, removal, build, installation and road test.

04 Inside the shop

What comes in, what goes out

This is the whole job in two photographs: worn, cooked internals on the way in, and a clean unit built to spec on the way out.

In Wear where there should be none, and fluid cooked to varnish. Heat is what finishes off a transmission that was already struggling.

Out Cleaned, assembled and built to spec, then road tested before it goes back in the vehicle.

Worth a look if you notice

  • Slipping between gears
  • Delayed or harsh engagement
  • Shuddering or vibrating under load
  • Whining, humming or grinding
  • Red fluid under the vehicle
  • A burning smell after driving

05 The process

How a transmission job runs here

  1. Bring it in

Tell us what it is doing. Diagnostics are free, so start there.

  2. We find the real fault

Road test and scan, then tear-down if the symptoms point inside. We show you what failed.

  3. You get the options

Repair, rebuild or replace — with what each one costs, in plain language.

  4. Build, install, road test

The work happens here, then the vehicle is road tested before it comes back to you.
